Description:

The Larson Electronics HAL-TP-1X40CPR-X24V-15M-CE16A.24V Hazardous Location LED Tripod Light provides operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to other hazardous area luminaries. Mounted on an aluminum tripod, the 40-watt LED light offers 4,000 lumens of output and operates on 24V. This unit comes with 15 meters of 16/3 SOOW cord and a 16-amp hazardous location cord cap.

The HAL-TP-1X40CPR-X24V-15M-CE16A.24V is a stable lighting solution for combustible sites. Capable of extending to 10 feet and retracting to 3.5 feet, the LED lamp provides 4,000 lumens of lighting power while drawing only 40 watts. It is constructed from durable die cast aluminum and comes with a tempered glass lens. The LED assembly is also a great option when upgrading from outdated lighting systems and explosion proof lights with high maintenance costs.

This unit features 24 individual LEDs that offer high-quality light in a 120? beam spread. This light is also ATEX rated for European countries and international locations. Recommended in a color temp of 5700K, this light is available in 4000K and 2700K. A 5700K color temperature rating provides clear, bright light for great illumination of any work area.

The HAL-TP-1X40CPR-X24V-15M-CE16A.24V operates on 24V DC via an external power supply. The remote power supply mounts separate from the fixture with external dimensions of 7-3/4″ high x 6-1/8″ wide and internal dimensions of 6-11/16″ high x 4-1/4″ depth. Internal volume is 33 cubic inches.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.

LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Wiring: The HAL-TP-1X40CPR-X24V-15M-CE16A.24V comes with 15 meters of 16/3 SOOW cable and a 16-amp hazardous location cord cap for connection to power sources.

Tripod Mounting: The LED light is mounted to an industrial aluminum tripod. The mounting component can extend to 10 feet for elevated illumination and retract to 3.5 feet. For increased stability during deployment, the tripod`s legs extend outward. The tripod`s legs also fold inwards for seamless storage.

Operators can adjust the LED light up to 180 degrees vertically for accurate beam placement over the target area.
