Description:

The EPNFDS-MTS-60A-3P from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Manual Transfer Switch that allows operators to manually switch between two power sources, perform power isolation and switch loads in flammable work sites. This unit contains a 3-pole double throw configuration and is rated at 600 V AC max. Operaters are provided access to two 2″ NPT hubs on top and one 0.5″ NPT hub at the bottom of the NEMA-rated enclosure.

The EPNFDS-MTS-60A-3P is a non-fused manual transfer switch for hazardous locations, flammable work sites and combustible spaces. Equipped with a 3-pole, double throw configuration, this unit can be used to switch between two sources of power, including between line voltage and a generator. The explosion proof disconnect is non-fused and features a lockable switch to deter tampering (up to 3 locks, in ON or OFF position).

This unit is made out of copper-free aluminum and features a rectangular bolted cover design for uniform and attractive installations. This unit is rated for NEMA 4X environments, making it ideal for indoor and extreme outdoor applications. Operators can access a total of six NPT hubs, with two 2″ NPT and one 1/2″ NPT hubs located at the north side of the enclosure, and two 2″ NPT and one 1/2″ NPT hubs located at the south side of the enclosure.
