The Larson Electronics EPS-208V-3P-10HP-3PST-M1 Explosion Proof 3-Pole Starter Switch provides a safe and secure method for operators to control motors or equipment in hazardous locations. This 10 HP unit operates on 208V. Constructed of non-sparking materials, the device contains a total of four, 1″ NPT hubs.
This explosion proof starter switch is ideal for operators seeking a high quality explosion proof starter switch rated for use in hazardous areas designated Class I, Division 1 & 2 and Class II, Division 1 & 2. The explosion proof switch is rated for 10 HP and 40 amps at 208V. The entire unit is constructed of malleable aluminum and contains an internal sealing chamber constructed of copper free aluminum. This device is triple coated with zinc electroplate, chromate, and a final epoxy powder coat for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
Hubs: Two, 1″ NPT hubs are available on the north side and two 1″ NPT hubs are available on the south side of the enclosure. Each hub opening is fitted with an integral bushing to prevent fraying or damage to insulation.
Mount: Two sets of external mounting lugs provide simple and secure mounting to walls and flat surfaces.
