Durable IP68 rated construction provides protection against the ingress of dust, dirt and humidity and allows this light to withstand the corrosive elements found within marine environments including saltwater spray. The copper free, non-sparking die-cast aluminum alloy housing and tempered glass lens are vibration and impact resistant, and the housing is treated with a coating that rejects dust and buildup.

When using an electronic dimmer switch, the EPLX-HB-80W-RD3-LED-TRC will dim from 0% up to 100% via the user provided dimming switch. This explosion proof LED light fixture is compatible with Lutron C.L. series dimmer switches. Compatible dimmers in that series include the following: Diva? C?L? dimmer, Ariadni?/Toggler? Plug options include a 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets, a 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets, or a 6-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 220-240V explosion proof outlets. A 20-foot 16/3 SOOW cord can be found between each lamp (total 40 feet).
**PLEASE NOTE** voltage ratings on plugs and outlets are MAXIMUM voltage. For low voltage applications, proper voltage must be applied to the outlet or damage to the light fixture will occur.
