The LM-30-3S-HAL-4X150LED-RT-480V LED Light Tower from Larson Electronics is a thirty foot three stage telescoping light tower equipped with four high output Class 1 Division 2 and Class 2 Division 1 & 2 Cree LED light fixtures producing approximately 70,000 lumens. This light tower folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360? of rotation, and a removable mast head for storing mounted light heads when not in use. This HAZLOC tower operates on 480V AC and includes an explosion proof 3-pole 4-wire cord cap.

Larson Electronics? LM-30-3S-HAL-4X150LED-RT-480V telescoping steel light tower mast is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy four of our 150 watt explosion proof LED light fixtures to heights up to thirty feet for effective light coverage. This light boom can be extended to 30 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 12 feet for applications where a footprint smaller than 12 feet is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 10.58` in length and 5″ by 5″ by 3/16″ thick, a middle section 10.73` in length and 4″ by 4″ by 1/8″ thick, and an upper section 11.27` in length and 3″ by 3″ by 1/8″ thick. Each section has a minimum of 1.5` overlap when fully extended. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000 lbs hand winch with 3/16″ galvanized cable and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lbs winch.

This is a heavy duty unit designed for use in demanding conditions and for overall longevity in difficult construction environments with heavy duty steel construction for maximum durability. Included with this light tower are four of our EPLC2-HB-150LED-RT-480V Explosion Proof 150 watt LED fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 70,00 lumens at only 600 watts. Each fixture produces 17,500 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 150 watts @0.32 amps from a 480 volt electrical system. These Explosion Proof LED light fixtures are Class 1, Division 2, Groups C & D and Class 2, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G rated for use within the most demanding hazardous locations. The lights are wired to an explosion proof junction box at the base of the tower, and 10 foot of SOOW cable terminated in an explosion proof pin/sleeve cord cap is included.

The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 13″ by 15″ by 1/4″ thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept six 9/16″ anchor bolts. An 44″ wide and 2″ by 2″ by 1/4″ thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for four LED light fixtures.

The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 12`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360?. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with ease in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different directions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely, and can typically be rotated with a single hand.

Wiring & Plug: This hazardous location light tower is equipped with 70` of 12/4 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord extending from the mast head that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include a 30 amp 3-pole 4-wire pin and sleeve plug for use with 480V explosion proof outlets.

This light tower weighs approximately 300 lbs and can easily support and lift the twelve C1D2 LED Light fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 800 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer?s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lbs hand winches included standard or optional electric winches.

The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5 feet long, 4 feet wide, 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 800 lbs.
