Securitron M32D M32 Magnalock- 12/24 VDC, DPS
A Magnalock created for access control and security applications is the Securitron M32D. It has a DPS (Door Position Switch) functionality and runs on a 12/24VDC power supply.
The powerful locking mechanism used to secure doors is called a Magnalock, also referred to as an electromagnetic lock. It locks the door securely using an electromagnetic field to provide a powerful holding force until an access control system or other legitimate method releases it.
